Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our programs, you agree to:

• Maintain confidentiality regarding information shared by other participants
• Treat facilitators and fellow participants with respect
• Attend sessions on time and notify us promptly if you cannot attend
• Engage authentically and constructively in group activities
• Use program materials solely for personal development purposes

Acceptable Use

You may use our services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

• Use our services in any way that violates applicable New Zealand law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other participants' data, or any third-party systems
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content during sessions or through our channels
• Use our programs or materials for commercial resale or redistribution without our written permission
• Impersonate another person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

Breach of acceptable use may result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Code of Conduct

To maintain a safe and supportive environment, participants must refrain from:

• Disruptive, aggressive, or disrespectful behavior
• Sharing confidential information disclosed by other participants
• Providing advice or guidance beyond sharing personal experience
• Using program access for commercial or promotional purposes
• Recording sessions without explicit permission from all participants

Violation of these guidelines may result in removal from the program without refund.

Intellectual Property

All content, materials, and resources provided through our programs, including handouts, exercises, and presentations, are the intellectual property of ghimnaxxchroxxen or our licensors. You may use these materials for personal development but may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

Our programs are designed to support personal growth and skill development. We do not guarantee specific outcomes from participating in our services. To the fullest extent permitted by the laws of New Zealand, Ghimnaxxchroxxen shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in our programs. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where such exclusion or limitation is not permitted by New Zealand law (including the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 where applicable).

Health Considerations

Our programs are not a substitute for professional mental health services. If you are experiencing significant mental health challenges, we strongly encourage you to seek support from qualified mental health professionals. Participation in our programs does not create a therapeutic relationship.

Payment and Cancellation

Payment is required in advance of program participation. Refund and cancellation policies vary by program and will be clearly communicated during registration. Please refer to our Return Policy for detailed information.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute relating to these Terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first. We will try to resolve the matter informally. If we cannot resolve it within a reasonable time, you may pursue any remedies available under the laws of New Zealand, including through the courts of New Zealand.
